We provide job counselling and career guidance in Cameroon, coaching and mentorship services, and practical youth skills development initiatives that prepare young people for real-world opportunities. Through our entrepreneurship support programs, we help youth create sustainable livelihoods and achieve youth integration into the productive economy. As a trusted community outreach association in Cameroon and a public health awareness organisation in Buea, we promote healthy lifestyles while expanding youth opportunities in Buea, South West, for a stronger, more resilient community.

Why Our Work Matters

Cameroon faces persistent youth unemployment, gaps in financial access for micro-entrepreneurs, and public health challenges that make integrated, community-based approaches essential. By combining skills training with health and financial inclusion, Collective Opportunity creates holistic pathways to sustainable livelihoods and healthier communities. We work to complement national systems including public health and vocational training
ministries and to partner with international agencies and local NGOs to scale impact responsibly. We are dedicated to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs 1,3,4,5,6,8,9 and 10) through gender sensitive and targeted initiatives in financial
inclusion, health and wellness, education, and work and ; entrepreneurship. Our programs
are strategically designed to address critical global challenges and foster sustainable,
equitable development.

World Bank — Cameroon (youth employment and economic inclusion programs).
Ministry of Public Health (Cameroon) (health policy and community health priorities).
UNICEF Cameroon (education, WASH, child protection).
WHO Cameroon (public health and disease prevention guidance).
MINEFOP (Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training) — for vocational training & employment alignment.
We also collaborate with and learn from existing youth empowerment centers and civil-society groups operating in the South–West Region and across Cameroon to avoid duplication and
maximize complementary impact .
