Work & Entrepreneurship Programs in Cameroon

In today’s competitive economic environment, securing quality job opportunities in
Cameroon requires modern workplace skills, continuous learning, and access to
credible employment information. According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), youth employment remains one of the most pressing challenges in developing economies. Our programs are designed to bridge this gap by equipping young people with practical skills and career support.

Beyond traditional job hunting, self-employment and entrepreneurship offer
sustainable pathways to prosperity. Global reports from the World Bank SME Finance Division show that small and micro-enterprises play a critical role in economic development. In Cameroon, entrepreneurship continues to grow as young innovators seek financial independence, creativity, and impact.

Our Employment and  Entrepreneurship Support Activities

  • Skills Training Programs – Our training programs follow global skills
recommendations from the OECD Skills for Jobs Program, ensuring
participants acquire the competencies needed for the modern workplace.
  • Mentorship Programs – Participants are connected with professionals and
business leaders inspired by global mentorship standards such as those
promoted by the Youth Business International (YBI) network.
  • Entrepreneurship Forums – Our forums empower young innovators to
explore business ideas and access learning resources, similar to global
entrepreneurship hubs like the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).

Through these initiatives, we aim to strengthen career development, youth
employment, and entrepreneurship in Cameroon. By linking local solutions with
global best practices, we empower individuals to secure meaningful employment and build successful enterprises.
