community growth. Guided by global best practices from organizations such as
the UNESCO Education Sector and the United Nations Sustainable Development
Agenda, we believe that meaningful impact is achieved through partnership.

We collaborate with schools, higher institutes, universities, and relevant public
bodies to support educational advancement and career development across Cameroon.
Our institutional partnerships reflect global education standards promoted by
the World Bank Education Global Practice.

Our network of facilitators plays a vital role in delivering seminars and workshops on essential topics, including:

Entrepreneurship workshops

Microfinance, microcredit, and microinsurance

We align our training approaches with global recommendations such as those from
the International Labour Organization – Employment Promotion.

Mentors and Experts

Experienced professionals, industry leaders, and technical experts are invited to
volunteer through our Collective Opportunity Mentorship Program (COMP).COMP mentors provide coaching and guidance to graduates, young professionals, and entrepreneurs. Our mentorship philosophy aligns with standards from Youth Business International (YBI), a global leader in youth entrepreneurship mentoring.

Partner Organizations

We engage with local and international organizations that share similar goals in
education, financial inclusion, youth development, health, and entrepreneurship.
These collaborations help us build stronger networks and expand our impact, inspired by the partnership model of the UNICEF Partnerships & Collaborations Framework.
